Arsenal have reached a final agreement on personal terms with the £59m star. Arsenal have successfully concluded personal agreements with the £59m star.

Arsenal have now completed personal terms with the £59m star, according to a Belgian journalist.

The club has reached a verbal agreement on personal terms with Viktor.

Arsenal is set to acquire a new striker during this summer’s transfer window.

Last season, the Gunners scored only 69 goals in the Premier League, which is 22 goals fewer than in the previous top-flight season.

The absence of a marquee striker has hindered Arsenal’s performance. The management is expected to tackle this issue when the transfer window reopens.

As reported by Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri, RB Leipzig has indeed initiated discussions with Arsenal regarding the possible transfer of Benjamin Sesko.

However, Arsenal aims to make advancements on multiple fronts simultaneously to ‘prevent being left empty-handed if negotiations were to falter’.

The Gunners have yet to finalize personal terms with Sesko, but Viktor Gyokeres from Sporting CP has ‘already given his verbal agreement’ to join the team.

Arsenal has identified Gyokeres as an alternative to Sesko.

Mikel Arteta’s team has been long-time admirers of Sesko. They attempted to sign him from Leipzig last summer, but he ultimately signed a new contract with the German club.

The Gunners have renewed their interest in the 21-year-old, who scored 21 goals for his team last season.

While his goal tally is not extraordinary, he possesses significant potential. Sesko can add an X-factor with his capability to score from long distances.

Leipzig is willing to sell him for his release clause of £67 million, but Arsenal will likely seek to negotiate a long-term payment plan.

This approach would allow them to conserve funds for additional marquee signings without violating the Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR).

Arsenal also needs to finalize terms with the player for the transfer to proceed.

If Sesko were to reject their offer, it seems Gyokeres would be the backup option.

Sporting director Andrea Berta is a strong admirer of the Swede, who scored an impressive 54 goals for Sporting CP last season.

Despite his impressive statistics, there are concerns about his ability to adapt and demonstrate his skills in the Premier League, especially since he will be turning 27 on June 4.

Gyokeres will not have the advantage of frequent counter-attacks at Arsenal. He must discover methods to score against teams that employ low defensive formations.

Sporting CP is willing to sell Gyokeres for £59 million. The Gunners might pursue him if Sesko declines their offer for the second consecutive year.
