Sunderland is set to finalize a €23 million transfer next week, as all documents have been agreed upon. The player is expected to undergo a medical examination and has already accepted personal terms.

The player will miss the pre-season trip since the Sunderland deal is nearing completion. He will be the latest addition to Sunderland’s squad during what is already a busy summer of bolstering the team for their return to the Premier League.

Agreement has been established between Sunderland and Club Brugge regarding Chemsdine Talbi.

Chemsdine Talbi, a winger for Club Brugge, is currently undergoing a medical examination in preparation for his permanent transfer to Sunderland.

The deal has been finalized, amounting to a €23 million package that includes additional bonuses.

A contract lasting 5 years.

Club Brugge winger Chemsdine Talbi is expected to miss their pre-season match against Glasgow Rangers to finalize his transfer to Sunderland.

This information comes from Het Nieuwsblad, which states that the Brugge talent is on the verge of completing a move to Sunderland.

According to their sources, Sunderland has submitted a €23m offer for the 20-year-old, and the agreement is nearly finalized. This aligns with earlier reports indicating that Sunderland was making significant progress on the deal.

This is an offer that Brugge cannot turn down, despite their wish to retain the winger following his outstanding performances last season, especially against Atalanta in the Champions League.

Het Nieuwsblad also reports that Talbi feels prepared to take the next step in his career and is set to sign a contract with Sunderland. A five-year deal is currently on the table for him.

The transfer is advancing rapidly and is so far along that Talbi will not be joining his Brugge teammates on the flight to Glasgow later today for a summer training camp and friendly match against Rangers. The transfer is in its final stages.

He will be Sunderland’s latest signing in what has already been a busy summer of reinforcements as they prepare for their return to the Premier League.

Chemsdine Talbi’s upcoming transfer to Sunderland could create opportunities on the wings for Shandre Campbell in the Club Brugge lineup this season.

As I mentioned earlier this year, Campbell faced stiff competition in that role, requiring him to be patient, but this transfer might simplify matters for the South African.
