Anfield Sector has also referenced a report from Sacha Tavolieri, who initially reported Wirtz’s transfer to Liverpool, stating: “Florian Wirtz has received the green light from Bayer Leverkusen to finalize his transfer to Liverpool Football Club next week. The clubs have agreed on a fee of around €150 million.”

 

Wirtz is set to play for Germany on Sunday as they take on France in the Nations League third-place playoff.

 

Liverpool fans will be hoping for no injuries in that match so that this deal can be finalized as quickly as possible.
