Arsenal to launch stunning bid for ‘top target’ as £180m double deal chased…

Arsenal is set to make a significant initial offer for Aston Villa’s Morgan Rogers, while also being in a strong position to acquire Bruno Guimaraes from Newcastle United, as reported.
