Arsenal is currently engaged in negotiations for a £21m transfer of a player who is now on the verge of signing for the club. Once the transfer is finalized, the next step for the Gunners would be to reach a contract agreement.

Arsenal is on the verge of finalizing their first summer transfer signing. The team has one more Premier League match left this season before it concludes.

They are set to play against Everton on Sunday in their final push to overtake Manchester City for the league title.

Mikel Arteta’s squad is currently two points behind City as they head into the last day of the season. To have a shot at winning the league, Arsenal must outperform West Ham’s result and hope for City to stumble.

A player is now in the final stages of signing with Arsenal, with the contract agreement being the next step for the Gunners.

On May 2nd, journalist Devrim Zengi reported that Ferdi Kadıoğlu, the talented Fenerbahçe star, could potentially make a move to Arsenal during the upcoming summer transfer window.

Throughout the season, the left-back has showcased his skills by scoring three goals in 49 games, catching the attention of the Gunners who have closely monitored his performances.

According to journalist Sacha Tavolieri, Arsenal has taken proactive measures in their pursuit of the 24-year-old player. Tavolieri revealed on X, formerly known as Twitter, that ongoing discussions have been held between Arsenal and Kadıoğlu’s representatives to reach a mutual agreement on personal terms.

It is important to note that Tavolieri’s information is based on his own sources, who have disclosed that Kadıoğlu is in close proximity to joining Mikel Arteta’s side. However, negotiations with Fenerbahçe for the player’s transfer have not yet commenced.

Arsenal is in the process of finalizing a deal with the fullback before reaching out to the Istanbul club. Recent reports suggest that the Gunners are looking to make a €20m offer to sign Kadıoğlu in the upcoming transfer window.

As the current season draws to a close, Arsenal is already eyeing potential new recruits. Reports indicate that the Gunners are keen on securing the services of Fenerbahce’s Ferdi Kadioglu. According to journalist Sacha Tavolieri, Arsenal is in advanced talks with Kadioglu’s representatives for a summer transfer.

Arsenal has not yet initiated discussions with Fenerbahce regarding a potential deal for the left-back.

Arsenal is reportedly eyeing new signings for the upcoming season, particularly in the left-back and striker positions.

Kadioglu has had a successful season with Fenerbahce, making 49 appearances, scoring three goals, and providing five assists. Recent reports suggest that Arsenal could be prepared to offer €25 million (£21.5 million) to secure his services at the Emirates Stadium.

Arteta currently has Zinchenko, Tomiyasu, and Kiwior as the primary left-back options in the squad. Timber, although recovering from an ACL injury, is also capable of playing in that position.

Arteta’s squad currently includes Oleksandr Zinchenko, Takehiro Tomiyasu, and Jakub Kiwior as the recognized left-backs. Jurrien Timber, although capable of playing in that position, has been sidelined for most of the season due to an ACL injury.

Despite having four potential options for the left-back position, Arsenal is still being linked with the signing of a new left-back this summer. It remains to be seen if Kadioglu, who transferred to Fenerbahce in 2018 from NEC Nijmegen in a deal reportedly worth €1.4 million (£1.2 million), will be the chosen one.
