“I feel prepared”: Arsenal player provides injury update. Positive news for Mikel Arteta ahead of the Nottingham Forest match.

Martin Odegaard confirms he has recovered from the shoulder injury sustained last month and has dismissed any notion of a dispute between Arsenal and Norway regarding his international participation.

Odegaard suffered a right shoulder injury during Arsenal’s 5-0 victory at home against Leeds in the Premier League on August 23.

The midfielder fell heavily in the first half and, after attempting to continue, had to leave the field before halftime.

The next day, Odegaard underwent a scan and was cleared to sit on the bench for Arsenal’s 1-0 loss to Liverpool at Anfield a week later.

The 26-year-old entered the game for the last 20 minutes and has since joined the Norwegian national team for international duty.

He played in their friendly against Finland on Thursday, where he was substituted as part of four changes made at halftime.

Odegaard has shared that he has fully recovered from the shoulder issue and emphasized that there was never any disagreement regarding his international commitment, as Norway is set to face Moldova in a World Cup qualifier in Oslo on Tuesday night.

“It was quite painful, but now I have it under control and I feel ready,” Odegaard stated. “There was never a problem [between Norway and Arsenal].

I communicate frequently with (Norway manager) Stale Solbakken. The club clearly wanted me for the Liverpool match, and my sole focus was on getting fit.”
