Exclusive: Mikel Arteta has made a decision regarding Eberechi Eze’s position at Arsenal.

How Arsenal plans to utilize Eberechi Eze

We exclusively disclose the position Mikel Arteta intends to assign to Eberechi Eze at Arsenal.

Arsenal could feature Eberechi Eze in a formidable new attacking setup.

Eze will create a dangerous front line alongside Viktor Gyokeres and Bukayo Saka.

The anticipation surrounding Eze’s upcoming transfer has generated significant enthusiasm among Arsenal supporters.

Mikel Arteta has emphasized the necessity for the Gunners to generate more “magic moments,” and Eze is a player who can deliver just that.

The Gunners had seemingly stepped back from the pursuit of the England international, appearing content to let him join Tottenham. However, an injury to Kai Havertz prompted Andrea Berta to take action.

Eze has always favored Arsenal and is delighted with how the situation has unfolded.

Crystal Palace is set to receive approximately £68 million for the 27-year-old.

Graeme Bailey, Chief Correspondent for TBR Football, can now confirm Mikel Arteta’s plans for deploying Eberechi Eze at Arsenal.

Exclusive: Arsenal envisions Eberechi Eze as a central attacking midfielder in a No.10 position.

Sources have informed TBR Football that Arsenal has brought in the Londoner to occupy the No.10 role, a central attacking midfield position.

Bailey states: “Arsenal’s front three is versatile and can operate in various areas of the pitch. Generally, we know Eze can occasionally play on the left.

Could he also play on the right? Quite possibly. However, overall, the club envisions him as a number ten – that’s the role he’s being signed for.

“It’s intriguing. Clearly, it indicates they viewed Havertz in that role to some extent as well. Primarily, they see him as a number ten.

Losing Havertz, who they sincerely hope will not be sidelined for an extended period, is significant due to the severity of the injury.

“That’s the reason behind this move. It’s a reactive decision – credit to Andrea Berta and the Arsenal backroom staff for responding to Mikel’s request. He believed they required additional support, so they took action.

Tottenham are frustrated to have missed out on Eze – however, those at Spurs sensed something was amiss before Arsenal intervened and took over the deal.

In light of this setback, Spurs have shown interest in Bilal El Khannouss from Leicester, a player who has already committed to joining Crystal Palace.

Mikel Arteta evidently understands how to make the most of Eberechi Eze – he should avoid using him on the left flank.

Eze has spent a significant portion of his career playing on the left wing – primarily under Roy Hodgson – and has a respectable record of goal contributions in that position.

Nevertheless, the Greenwich-born player is at his best when playing centrally – as evidenced – so Arteta is right to consider him a central player.

Eze is also capable of taking on a deeper central midfield role if necessary – and has even played as a striker twice earlier in his career – meaning the former QPR talent can fill multiple positions for Arsenal should injuries occur.

Potential lineup (4-3-3): Raya; Timber, Saliba, Gabriel, Calafiori; Odegaard, Zubimendi, Rice; Saka, Gyokeres, Eze

Being positioned as one of Arsenal’s two No8s could provide Eze with an opportunity to excel even more than when playing wide.

His most impressive performances for Palace have taken place in central positions, where he can engage with the ball more frequently.
