Report: Leeds have now submitted a £13m offer for an exciting replacement for Manor Solomon, represented by the same agent as Jean-Kevin Augustin.

With Gabriel Gudmundsson already signed and Sean Longstaff expected to join this week, Leeds United have made five new acquisitions, with more anticipated at Elland Road.

Gudmundsson’s signing was confirmed on Tuesday evening, as he agreed to a four-year contract with Leeds, who paid Lille a fee of £10m.

The Swedish player is set to take over the left-back position from Junior Firpo, who has departed on a free transfer.

Leeds are also on the verge of signing Sean Longstaff this week, bringing the total number of new players to five.

However, Adam Underwood still has significant work ahead, particularly in finding a replacement for Manor Solomon.

Solomon has opted to stay at Tottenham, aiming to reclaim his spot in Thomas Frank’s squad. Frank is eager to evaluate Solomon during pre-season, which means Leeds must find a new left-sided winger.

Leeds United have made a £13m offer to acquire Jeremie Boga.

Interestingly, despite Solomon’s decision and his return to Spurs, Leeds have not been linked with many left-sided wingers this summer. However, this has changed, as reported by the African outlet Africa Foot.

They assert that Leeds have put forth a £13m bid for Jeremie Boga, a 21-time Ivory Coast international currently with Nice.

Boga was part of Chelsea’s academy from the age of 12 before moving to Sassuolo in 2018.

Now playing for Ligue 1 club Nice, Boga is set to represent his nation in the African Cup of Nations during the 2025-26 season.

Nevertheless, Leeds are reported to have made an offer for Boga, even as a potential move to Turkey is being discussed.

Jeremie Boga shares an agent with two notable figures from Leeds’ history.

As per TransferMarkt, Boga is represented by the French agency Sport Cover, which also manages high-profile clients such as Patrick Vieira, Sunderland manager Regis Le Bris, and Inter Milan’s Marcus Thuram.

Sport Cover has also represented two players that Leeds have signed in the past.

Sport Cover also manages two players that Leeds has acquired in recent years.

The first is Jean-Kevin Augustin, who made only three appearances for Leeds and ultimately cost over £20m following a court ruling.

Hadi Sacko, who is now a free agent at 31, has played for several clubs in Turkey.

Boga possesses incredible speed, significant flair, and the talent to produce moments of brilliance, even if he hasn’t done so consistently.
