Arsenal is contemplating the possibility of including Smith-Rowe in a trade to acquire Crystal Palace’s top player for the upcoming summer.

The transfer season is in full swing, and Arsenal is looking to make some significant moves. One player they have their eye on is Eberechi Eze, a talented and versatile playmaker who has caught their attention.

The transfer window is now in full swing, and although no deals have been finalized, Arsenal is expecting some significant moves. One of their main targets is a player who can break through strong defenses and bring creativity to the team.

In recent weeks, Arsenal has been scouting potential attacking talents, and one standout candidate is Eberechi Eze from Crystal Palace, who originally started as a schoolboy at Arsenal.

Eze is a versatile and innovative playmaker known for his reliability, hard work, and sharp eye for scoring goals. If he were to join Arsenal, he could play a crucial role in their attacking strategy, especially as a left central midfielder (LCM) who could complement Gabriel Martinelli.

Arsenal has been missing a player who can create opportunities for Martinelli in the same way Martin Ødegaard does for Bukayo Saka, and Eze perfectly fits that description.

Arsenal is showing significant interest in Eze due to his reported £60 million release clause. Meanwhile, Crystal Palace is interested in Emile Smith Rowe, for whom Arsenal is seeking at least £40 million from his sale.

A potential swap deal involving Smith Rowe plus £20 million for Eze could be mutually beneficial, providing Arsenal with the much-needed creative spark in midfield and offering Crystal Palace a talented young player in Smith Rowe.

Eze, currently with Gareth Southgate’s England squad at Euro 2024, is undeniably a top talent.

Unlike Chelsea, who appear uncertain about their interest in Eze, Arsenal is actively pursuing the playmaker.

According to reports, the Gunners could also offload players like Emile Smith Rowe and Reiss Nelson to make room for Eze.

Eze’s versatility is one of his key strengths, as he can play as a winger or a number ten, making him an ideal fit for Arsenal.

His ability to operate on the left-hand side of the front three provides an alternative to Gabriel Martinelli, while his potential to relieve Martin Ødegaard from being the primary creator in the advanced playmaker role adds another dimension to Arsenal’s attack.

Eberechi Eze has become a major focus for Arsenal during this transfer season. His potential addition to the team could be highly beneficial, particularly since he has expressed his desire to fulfill his “dream” of playing for Arsenal.
