Arsenal has reached out to a ‘world class’ player at Real Madrid with intentions to sign.

Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester City have all reached out to Real Madrid regarding the potential signing of goalkeeper Andriy Lunin this summer.

Lunin had an impressive season with Madrid last year, stepping in for the injured Thibaut Courtois and securing the starting position over loan signing Kepa.

The 25-year-old goalkeeper has only one year remaining on his current contract, and Real Madrid has been in discussions with him since the end of the season regarding a possible extension.

Real Madrid is worried that Andriy Lunin may leave the club after being contacted by Arsenal. Initially, it was expected that Lunin would renew his contract with Real Madrid, but now there is a genuine fear that he may seek a transfer.

Should Lunin decide to stay, Real Madrid acknowledges that they may have to sell him instead of letting him go for free next year.

According to TBR, Lunin is currently weighing his options, with a potential move to England on the table as several teams are interested in strengthening their goalkeeping department.

Arsenal is in a prime position to secure the signing of Andriy Lunin.

Chelsea, Liverpool, and Manchester City are also monitoring the situation closely and may consider making a move for Lunin if his negotiations with Madrid do not advance this month.

According to TBR, Real Madrid is still interested in Kepa and could potentially propose a swap deal involving him for Lunin.

Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester City are actively seeking goalkeeping reinforcements this summer, with Lunin being described as ‘world class’ and a top priority on their shortlist, as reported by Tribuna.

Arsenal is also considering Dan Bentley from Wolves as a potential target.

In addition, following the acquisition of Riccardo Calafiori, Arsenal is now pursuing a top-tier midfielder to strengthen their squad.
