Club executives also anticipate posting record figures next year due to participation in the Champions League and the departure of Alexander Isak.

It is widely known that Newcastle’s aim for the current season was to achieve European qualification. Toon CEO David Hopkinson made it clear to the media last week that the club’s objectives for the season remain unchanged.

This directive comes from the upper management, with PIF fully aware of the necessity to maintain momentum in Europe. Although not explicitly stated, The Gazette understands that Newcastle is not particularly enthusiastic about participating in the Conference League.
