Liverpool’s starting lineup for their FA Cup quarter-final against Manchester United at Old Trafford has been confirmed, with Mohamed Salah set to feature prominently.

Salah has been a prolific scorer against United, netting 12 goals in 13 appearances, more than any other team. Jurgen Klopp has praised Salah’s exceptional quality and described him as a world-class player.

Despite his absence in recent matches, Liverpool has managed to cope admirably without him.

Klopp expressed his admiration for Mo, emphasizing his exceptional talent and the unlikelihood of him joining Man Utd. He also praised the team’s ability to cope without him. On a different note, Liverpool will unfortunately be without Ibrahima Konate due to a hamstring issue.

Klopp acknowledged the challenging competition ahead, admitting that they may not come out on top. However, he provided positive updates on Ryan Gravenberch’s fitness and Bobby Clark’s condition, assuring that they are both ready to contribute.

Liverpool will likely be without Ibrahima Konate due to his hamstring injury. According to Klopp, the team is aware that it will be a challenging race, and they may not come out on top.

However, the final outcome remains uncertain. On a positive note, Ryan Gravenberch is fit to play, and Bobby Clark is expected to recover after being forced off during the match against Sparta Prague.

Klopp mentioned that Bobby’s condition has improved significantly, despite experiencing discomfort and swelling from a knock. Fortunately, it does not appear to be a serious issue. Additionally, Ryan has resumed training and is ready to go.

The trio of Curtis Jones, Diogo Jota, and Trent Alexander-Arnold, who have been sidelined since February, are expected to remain out until after the international break.

Projected Liverpool starting lineup: Kelleher; Bradley, Quansah, Van Dijk, Gomez; Mac Allister, Endo, Szoboszlai; Salah, Nunez, Diaz

Question marks: Konate, Clark

Absentees due to injuries: Alexander-Arnold, Jones, Alisson, Jota, Thiago, Bajcetic, Doak, Matip.
