‘He is ready’ – Leeds United backed to sign sensational 28-goal striker…

Leeds United is expected to sign the incredible 28-goal striker because “he is ready.”

As they strive to maintain their position in the top flight, Leeds United is now ranked 15th in the Premier League, four points above the relegation zone.

They’re still in danger, though, and there’s a strong sense that they might be pulled into the battle during the next seven games.

Despite this uncertainty, the team has already started preparing for the summer transfer market, hoping to be ready for another Premier League season.

With goals hard to come by this season, bolstering the attack appears to be a top priority. Leeds are already keeping an eye on a number of attackers, and Troy Parrott of AZ Alkmaar is still being linked to a move to Elland Road.

Troy Parrott was strongly linked to a move to Leeds during the winter transfer window, and a former scout is adamant that Leeds United has their sights set on him. For the summer, though, the Whites kept their powder dry.

Mick Brown, a former Premier League scout, praised the Ireland striker for taking the chance to leave Tottenham and establish himself in the Netherlands.

He disclosed that Leeds has been closely monitoring the AZ Alkmaar striker, and he anticipates the Whites would make a serious attempt to sign Parrott in the summer if they manage to stay in the Premier League.

“Troy Parrott deserves a great deal of recognition for his professional accomplishments,” Brown spoke with Football Insider.

“Leaving Tottenham and the Premier League to go to Europe and concentrate on improving as a player was a courageous decision.

Premier League teams are always interested in him because he is now establishing himself as a top player for both his club and the world.

“Scouts from every Premier League team will be watching the talent in the Netherlands, and he will undoubtedly be on their radar.

For instance, Leeds has been monitoring him because they are in dire need of a striker.

“They want someone to play alongside or compete against Calvert-Lewin.

“It appears that Parrott is prepared for a move to the Premier League, so I’d expect them to be all over it if there’s any indication that he could be available this summer.”

Is he affordable for Leeds?

Parrott is anticipated to make a comeback to the Premier League at some stage after scoring 28 goals in 41 games across all competitions this season.

The striker will be in high demand next summer, and AZ Alkmaar anticipates asking for about £30 million during the next transfer window.

Unlike last year, when they dispersed their expenditure on ten new acquisitions, it is unclear if Leeds are willing to spend a significant quantity of money on a single player this summer.

The Whites were hesitant to invest a significant sum of money in a single player. If they play in the Premier League the next season, though, this approach might be altered.

Leeds knows that in order to really upgrade some players this summer, they will need to start investing large sums of money.
