Graham Smyth provides an update on Daniel Farke’s potential dismissal following Leeds’ loss to Nottingham Forest.

News regarding Daniel Farke’s possible sacking has surfaced after the defeat to Nottingham Forest, amidst growing dissatisfaction among Leeds supporters.

Leeds United may have to endure Daniel Farke’s management for a bit longer.

The 3-1 loss to Nottingham Forest serves as yet another warning of the potential consequences the Whites could face by the end of the season.

As of gameweek 11, Leeds has only managed to gather 11 points, placing them just one point above the relegation zone.

Much of the criticism will be directed at the 49ers for their lack of ambition during the summer transfer window, but an even larger share will be aimed at Farke.

49ers unlikely to make a hasty decision regarding Daniel Farke.

Considering the recent form and the ongoing struggles since their return to the Premier League, Leeds should consider parting ways with Farke.

However, as reported by Graham Smyth in the Yorkshire Evening Post on November 10, the German manager is not expected to be dismissed at Elland Road, at least for the time being.

The report indicates, “YEP does not foresee a change at this point,” despite the visible unrest from the away supporters.

Smyth reiterated that there was evident “disgruntlement” among the fans at the City Ground, and justifiably so, given the performance they witnessed.

For the umpteenth time this season, Leeds appeared directionless, particularly in their attacking play.

Only Wolves have netted fewer goals than the Whites, who failed to enhance their attacking options when it was clear that such improvements were necessary during the summer.

Naturally, if the 49ers choose to maintain their support for Farke through the international break, it will complicate matters further if results continue to falter.

Daniel Farke’s record in the Premier League highlights the challenges faced by the 49ers.

Farke is not a newcomer to the Premier League, yet he continues to repeat the same errors.

It wasn’t until the 74th minute that he made adjustments against Forest, and by then, the Whites were already pursuing a lost cause.

This marked his 60th Premier League match as a manager, and he has only secured nine victories.

Surprisingly, 41 of those matches have resulted in losses, yielding an average of merely 0.62 points per game.

Certainly, Leeds are on track to surpass that this season, but to provide context for that record, it would mean his team would accumulate only 23 points over an entire season.

If the 49ers continue to support him in achieving success, it reflects significantly on their aspirations for the future of this club.
