According to a recent report, Arsenal have made the decision to transfer list a player who is considered to be ‘special’ ahead of the upcoming summer transfer window.

As Mikel Arteta’s team continues to compete for the Premier League title, the club’s executives are diligently working behind the scenes to make necessary preparations for the approaching transfer window.

In order to comply with Financial Fair Play regulations and maintain financial stability, it is anticipated that several teams will offload a number of players before the end of the financial year in June.

Arsenal is open to receiving offers for Emile Smith Rowe, a talented player who emerged from the renowned Hale End academy and was once praised as a ‘special’ talent by Jamie Carragher.

Despite receiving positive reviews from the media early in his career, Smith Rowe has struggled to fulfill his potential, largely due to limited playing time. This season, the 23-year-old has only started three Premier League matches.

In light of this, Arsenal is now considering bids for Smith Rowe, as reported by The Mirror. Alongside him, several other players including Eddie Nketiah, Aaron Ramsdale, Nuno Tavares, Kieran Tierney, Reiss Nelson, and Albert Sambi Lokonga have also been listed for potential transfers in the upcoming summer window.

Arsenal may ask for £60m in exchange for Emile Smith Rowe. It is anticipated that the club will set a high price for the player during the upcoming transfer window, with reports suggesting a valuation of £60m.

Newcastle had shown interest in signing the young England international, but the hefty price tag is likely to deter them.

Considering Smith Rowe’s Transfermarkt value is £21m, Arsenal’s asking price may be considered too high.

A more reasonable valuation of £30-40m would attract a wider range of interested parties.
