Arsenal is prepared to invest £62 million to acquire a “world-class” striker, opting for this choice over pursuing Sesko and Isak, according to a credible journalist.

According to a trusted journalist, Arsenal is willing to spend £62 million to secure a “world-class” striker, moving away from their interest in Sesko and Isak.

A reliable journalist reports that Arsenal is set to allocate £62 million for the signing of a “world-class” striker, choosing this path instead of targeting Sesko and Isak.

Arsenal is reportedly “prepared to pay” the £62 million release clause for Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen this summer, as stated by reputable journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu.

Currently under contract with Napoli, the 25-year-old Osimhen spent last season on loan at Galatasaray after failed transfers to Chelsea and a Saudi Arabian club last summer.

“I have been discussing Manchester United’s interest for two weeks, and it has gained traction in the global media.

Now, I will shift focus slightly south. Arsenal in England is interested in Osimhen.

“Both Arsenal and Manchester United are pursuing Osimhen. If we assess the situation, Arsenal’s chances have fluctuated from 51 to 49, day by day, as we approach June, indicating they are in contention.

“As of now, Arsenal has officially entered the race alongside Manchester United for Osimhen. He can be acquired in England for his release clause of €75 million.”

“Galatasaray is also interested in a permanent deal but is currently seeking the necessary funds. Arsenal is ready to proceed. Manchester United is prepared.

“Paris Saint-Germain is also in the mix, while Galatasaray is not yet equipped to act.”

Fabrizio Romano recently mentioned on the GIVEMESPORT Market Madness podcast that Osimhen will expect his current salary of £413,000 per week at Napoli to be matched by any prospective club, leaving it uncertain whether Arsenal would agree to those terms.

With several significant departures anticipated this summer and the striker position being a top priority, there are few options available that surpass Osimhen, suggesting that Arsenal has likely conducted thorough research before entering this competitive scenario—making it a situation worth monitoring closely.
