Arsenal transfer news: Eberechi Eze ‘has made his choice’ as Gunners move is now ‘imminent’.

The new Premier League season is just around the corner, and Arsenal remains optimistic about enhancing their squad before the transfer window closes, with Mikel Arteta keen to secure a new forward.

The new Premier League season kicks off on Friday night, and Arsenal is striving for the top position. The Gunners have finished as runners-up for the past three seasons.

Mikel Arteta is determined to improve on this record and has been quite active during the summer transfer window.

Viktor Gyokeres was their latest acquisition, finally wrapping up a prolonged summer saga and importantly, providing Arteta with the striker he has long sought.

However, he is just one of six new additions this summer, with Noni Madueke and Kepa arriving from Chelsea, Martin Zubimendi and Cristhian Mosquera coming in from La Liga, and former Brentford captain Christian Norgaard making the switch across London.

There may still be additional signings before the transfer window shuts, while several exits are also anticipated.

If Arsenal is to bring in another attacking player, it is likely to be someone capable of playing on the flanks.

Crystal Palace star Eberechi Eze is their main target, but time is of the essence, according to the Mirror.

Eze has a £68m release clause that expires on Friday, after which his club will be able to demand a significantly higher fee.

Arsenal needs to offload players before they can make another acquisition, having already invested nearly £200m.

This situation has opened the door for rivals Tottenham, but as reported by The Guardian, Eze’s preference is to join the Gunners…if they can secure the necessary funds in time.

In a fortunate turn of events, Arsenal may have received a considerable boost in raising a significant portion of a potential Eze fee.

Stuttgart is reportedly interested in Fabio Vieira, who has not quite lived up to expectations since his transfer to North London.

With Enzo Milliot having recently finalized his transfer to Saudi Arabia, Stuttgart is now searching for his successor. Enter Mr. Vieira.
