Report: Arsenal offered a chance to sign ‘courageous’ 23-year-old striker, and now he wants to move to London…
According to a report from SportsLens, Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal and Mauricio Pochettino’s Chelsea will both have the opportunity to sign Moise Kean, a 23-year-old striker who is reportedly looking to make a move to London.
The report highlights the interest from several clubs in securing the services of the former Everton player.
What has been said about Arsenal’s interest in Moise Kean? Let’s delve into the details.
Reports suggest that Arsenal is being linked with former Everton striker Moise Kean. According to journalist Dean Jones in SportsLens, Juventus is prepared to sell Kean during the January transfer window.
Several clubs, including Fiorentina, Monza, Rennes, and Atletico Madrid, have already made offers for Kean. However, the player is keen on waiting to see if he can secure a move to a Premier League club this month.
Former Everton striker Moise Kean has been linked with a potential move to Arsenal, as reported by journalist Dean Jones in SportsLens. It has been revealed that Juventus is prepared to offload Kean during the January transfer window.
While Fiorentina, Monza, Rennes, and Atletico Madrid have already made offers for the player, Kean is reportedly keen on waiting to see if he can secure a move to a Premier League club this month.
According to the report, the ex-Everton forward is highly motivated to explore the possibility of joining a London-based club. SportsLens has highlighted that both Chelsea and Arsenal will be informed about the 23-year-old Italian striker’s availability.
Thomas Tuchel, who currently manages Bayern Munich and previously coached the player at Paris Saint-Germain, describes him as brave and willing to do whatever it takes.
From my perspective, it would not be wise for Arsenal to acquire the services of Moise Kean during the January transfer window.
I hold the belief that this 23-year-old Italian striker would not contribute significantly to the improvement of the Gunners.
Considering his track record, Kean does not possess the qualities of a prolific striker. Moreover, Arsenal already boasts exceptional wide players like Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli.
Arsenal is in dire need of a striker who can make an instant impact on the team and deliver crucial goals in their pursuit of winning the Premier League title this season.
In Serie A this season, Kean has failed to score any goals or provide any assists in six starts and six substitute appearances. However, in the previous campaign, he managed to score six goals in 990 minutes of league play.
Kean’s most impressive season in terms of statistics was in 2020-21, where he netted the ball 13 times in 22 Ligue 1 starts for Paris Saint-Germain.
Throughout his tenure at Everton, Kean managed to secure two goals and provided two assists in a total of 32 Premier League matches.
