Michail Antonio has expressed his belief that Arsenal will surpass Manchester City to claim the Premier League title on the last day of the season.

However, he emphasized that if the Gunners fail to do so, they should not be labeled as “bottle jobs.”

Following Tottenham Hotspur’s inability to secure points against Man City on Tuesday night, Mikel Arteta’s team enters the final weekend of the season relying on a favor from West Ham United in order to bring the Premier League trophy to the Emirates Stadium for the first time since 2004.

Nevertheless, considering City’s impressive record of only one defeat in their last 23 Premier League matches, which occurred against Aston Villa in December, it appears unlikely that Arsenal will achieve title glory this weekend.

Antonio remains optimistic about West Ham United’s chances against Manchester City at the Etihad, believing they could pose a threat. Despite their recent struggles, Antonio is hopeful that they can still secure a spot in Europe. However, with David Moyes set to leave at the end of the season, there is added motivation for the team to finish strong.

Antonio is confident that West Ham United could pose a challenge for Manchester City at the Etihad, as they still have something to fight for in their quest to secure a spot in Europe.

Despite the pressure on City to clinch their fourth consecutive Premier League title, Antonio believes that Arsenal shouldn’t be labeled as “bottle jobs” if they miss out on the title. In fact, he predicts that Arsenal could emerge victorious if the title race goes down to the wire on the final day of the season. Antonio expressed these thoughts on the Footballer’s Football Podcast.

Despite only winning one of their last four games, West Ham will not be able to qualify for Europe, regardless of the outcome at the Etihad this weekend. However, there is still motivation to end David Moyes’ tenure on a positive note, as it was recently announced that he will be leaving the club at the end of the season.

If West Ham manages to take points off Pep Guardiola’s side this weekend, Arsenal would only need to win their final game against Everton to become Premier League champions.
