Liverpool is said to be readying a bid of £24.9 million as part of their efforts to acquire a player valued at £100 million.

Reports indicate that Liverpool is planning to present a £24.9 million offer in their pursuit of a star player worth £100 million.

Liverpool is reportedly preparing to offer £24.9 million along with a player in their pursuit of a £100 million star.

Since parting ways with key players like Fabinho and Thiago, Liverpool has struggled to adequately strengthen the No.6 position and was unable to secure their primary target, Zubimendi, during the summer transfer window.

In the meantime, Ryan Gravenberch, primarily an attacking midfielder, has been utilized in a deeper role under Arne Slot and has demonstrated his capabilities effectively.

Recent reports from Spain indicate that Liverpool may be willing to transfer Gravenberch in order to acquire Aurelien Tchouameni from Real Madrid.

The French midfielder was a target for Jurgen Klopp two years ago but opted for a move to the Santiago Bernabeu instead.

Slot is still in search of a natural defensive midfielder, and Tchouameni, valued at £100 million, remains on his radar.

According to Defensa Central, Tchouameni’s market value significantly exceeds that of Gravenberch, prompting Liverpool to propose approximately €30 million (£24.9 million) plus the Dutch player to secure the former Monaco star.

Gravenberch, who was signed for €40 million from Bayern last year, has been a key figure in the No.6 role this season, contributing to Liverpool’s position at the top of both the Premier League and Champions League standings.

While Liverpool does need to acquire a natural holding midfielder, parting with Gravenberch, who has the potential to become a long-term star, would not be a beneficial move.
