Liverpool could potentially face the departure of Mo Salah following a substantial £200m transfer bid, with reports suggesting that the player may be considering a move away.

In light of this, the club has reportedly identified three potential replacements to fill the void left by Salah’s potential exit.

Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah is facing speculation about his future at Anfield as his contract enters its final year.

After being linked with a potential move to Saudi Arabia, Salah has received advice to consider leaving Liverpool this summer. The Egyptian player has been informed that the current transfer window presents the “perfect time” for him to seek new opportunities elsewhere.

While clubs in the Saudi Pro League have shown interest in acquiring Salah, Liverpool previously turned down a substantial £200m bid for his services.

However, with Salah’s contract nearing its expiration, the club may soon lose the chance to secure a significant transfer fee for his signature.

Salah is set to play under a new manager in the upcoming season following Jurgen Klopp’s surprising departure announcement. According to former Liverpool player Jose Enrique, this presents an opportune moment for Salah to say goodbye to Anfield.

Enrique expressed his belief to Grosvenor Sport, stating, “If a suitable offer arises, I believe Salah will leave because he was actually attempting to depart last summer. There was a genuine offer of around £200 million for him, which is significant!”

“When such an offer is made, it usually indicates that there is already an agreement between the player and the club. I think Salah had already agreed to leave, and I am convinced that he will ultimately move to Saudi Arabia this summer.”

“With Jurgen Klopp’s departure, it is the perfect time for Salah to make his move. Liverpool is entering a new phase with numerous changes, making it an ideal opportunity for him. This will likely be the final major contract of his career, so I anticipate him leaving for Saudi Arabia.”

Salah’s arrival at Anfield from Roma has solidified his status as an iconic player. With a remarkable tally of 209 goals for the club, including 23 this season, his goalscoring prowess has been instrumental in Liverpool’s triumphs in the Premier League and Champions League.

In the event of Salah’s departure, Enrique has identified a few potential replacements, notably Mohammed Kudus from West Ham, who has been performing exceptionally well. Another option could be Ebere Eze from Crystal Palace, although there is a scarcity of obvious replacements in the market.

Leroy Sane from Bayern Munich emerges as a viable choice due to his contractual situation. His addition would bring the much-needed star power to the team and provide an alternative for Salah.
