Fabrizio Romano, a renowned transfer news expert, has revealed that there is anticipated activity at Arsenal during the last week of the transfer window.

In an exclusive interview with CaughtOffside for his Daily Briefing column, Romano highlighted the likelihood of departures, with Cedric Soares being one player whose future remains uncertain as Deadline Day approaches.

Additionally, there may be other individuals who could potentially leave the Emirates Stadium in the coming days.

In his latest Daily Briefing column exclusively for CaughtOffside, Romano discussed the uncertain future of Cedric Soares as we approach Deadline Day. He also hinted at the possibility of other players leaving the Emirates Stadium in the near future, without mentioning any specific names.

Although Romano did not provide any specific details, there have been numerous transfer rumors surrounding Arsenal’s first-team players who have not been regular starters. This includes players like Emile Smith Rowe, Mohamed Elneny, Eddie Nketiah, and Aaron Ramsdale.

However, it is unlikely that all of these players will depart, especially considering Romano’s statement that Mikel Arteta is determined to retain Smith Rowe despite interest from West Ham.

However, it is possible that names such as Cedric and Elneny are more practical options, and therefore Arsenal supporters will undoubtedly be monitoring the progress of these rumors in the upcoming days.

According to Romano, “In terms of other players who could leave Arsenal, I’d keep it open for Cedric Soares and more players. Nothing is imminent at this stage but next week some movement could take place for the outgoings, let’s see.”

Despite their 5-0 victory over Crystal Palace yesterday, Arsenal fans may still be hopeful for an opportunity to reinforce the team before the month concludes.
