Arsenal is still interested in acquiring an ‘incredible’ striker who is now up for grabs at a price of £60m.

Arsenal remains interested in acquiring a ‘remarkable’ striker who is currently on the market for £60m.

Arsenal has yet to make any moves in the summer transfer window, but they are actively scouting top talent across Europe.

Mikel Arteta is eagerly anticipating the arrival of his first summer signing at the Emirates Stadium.

Following their near miss in the title race last season, Arsenal has identified several areas that could benefit from minor improvements.

There are uncertainties surrounding Gabriel Jesus’ future at Arsenal, with reports suggesting that the club is willing to let him go.

Arsenal and Chelsea are both monitoring Sporting Lisbon striker Viktor Gyokeres, with the Swedish player having attracted interest from both clubs.

Gyokeres, who was one of Europe’s top strikers last season, underwent minor knee surgery at the end of the season, which temporarily halted any potential move.

However, now that he is fully fit, both Arsenal and Chelsea have continued to track his progress.

Sporting’s manager, Ruben Amorim, is determined to keep Gyokeres at the club and is only willing to consider offers close to his release clause of £85 million.

However, sources familiar with the situation have indicated that Sporting may be open to a deal closer to £60 million for the Swedish striker.

Liverpool and Tottenham are not the only clubs interested in Viktor Gyokeres.

Both London sides have been monitoring the former Coventry City striker, with reports suggesting that they have a long-standing interest in the player.

Gyokeres had an impressive season, scoring 43 goals in all competitions for Sporting CP.

His performances have caught the attention of several clubs, including those in the Premier League.

The striker is highly sought after this summer, but any potential move may hinge on whether Sporting CP are willing to entertain offers below Gyokeres’ £85m release clause.
