Confirm : Liverpool £10m target Arrived at Anfield after all fees as been Agreed , Medicals set’ – Deal to be unveil soon Arne Slot reinforcement continue…
Liverpool has confirmed that their £10 million target has arrived at Anfield following the agreement of all fees, with medical examinations scheduled.
The deal is set to be announced soon as Arne Slot continues to strengthen the squad.
Federico Chiesa has arrived in Liverpool via private jet after Juventus and Liverpool reached an agreement on the transfer fee.
He is poised to undergo a medical examination, marking him as Arne Slot’s second signing of the summer.
The signing of Federico Chiesa is nearing completion as Liverpool finalizes the deal with Juventus for the Italian forward.
Arne Slot has strategically waited until the transfer window’s conclusion, following the acquisition of Giorgi Mamardashvili, to secure Chiesa’s services.
Although the Georgian goalkeeper will not join until 2025, Chiesa is anticipated to make an immediate impact at Anfield.
With his contract at Juventus expiring at the end of the season, Liverpool has managed to secure him for a reasonable fee of approximately £10 million ($13 million) plus potential add-ons.
Chiesa was spotted boarding a private jet in Italy on Wednesday afternoon and has now arrived in Merseyside.
A post from Liverpool John Lennon Airport confirmed the arrival of a Cessna jet from Turin, believed to be carrying Chiesa. The post, made just before 4 PM (BST), noted: “A view from the Old Air Traffic Control Tower of a Cessna landing from Turin moments ago.
On a completely unrelated note, the Italian word for church is chiesa.”
Chiesa is now expected to head to Liverpool’s AXA Training Centre for his medical and to finalize personal terms.
There are no anticipated issues, despite the player’s recent injury struggles.
The 26-year-old expressed his excitement about the move to reporters just before boarding the jet in Turin. “I am happy, I am very happy.
I want to say goodbye to the Bianconeri fans,” Chiesa stated, thanking them for their support over the years.
