Arsenal is reportedly interested in securing a deal for the 26-year-old Italian forward, with the club willing to part ways for a fee of £34 million.

According to Tuttojuve, Arsenal may face competition from Chelsea and Newcastle United in the race to sign Juventus attacker Federico Chiesa during the upcoming transfer window.

Chiesa has been a crucial player for Juventus in recent years, contributing 10 goals and three assists in the last season.

Despite his contract running until 2025, Juventus has struggled to extend his stay, leading to speculation that they may opt to sell him overseas for a sum ranging between £34-38 million.

Tuttojuve reports that the player could experience a fresh start in the Premier League, with interest from Arsenal, Chelsea, and Newcastle.

CHIESA WOULD PROVIDE VALUABLE ATTACKING DEPTH

Chiesa could provide valuable attacking depth if signed. The Italy international’s versatility allows him to play as a second striker or on the wing, making him a good option to support Bukayo Saka on the right flank.

The Italian international primarily operated as a second striker last season, a role that may not be available under manager Mikel Arteta.

Arteta typically favors a lone striker system, which may not suit Chiesa’s strengths as a solo forward.

Chiesa’s versatility to play on either wing could make him a solid backup option and competition for Bukayo Saka on the right side.
